New England Lobster Market is a Save Your Shucks partner of RenewSFBay and Wild Oyster Project. Together, we are working to restore oysters to the SF Bay. Our native Olympia oyster filters 5 gallons of water a day, and its reefs provide barriers against shoreline erosion to protect our shoreline communities.
